Avée is invited to Kostume.
“Kostume is the only off-show during the Zurich Fashion Days. Our focus lies on young national and international talents.
We’re proud to announce the Tokyo based label Kielo, the Paris collective AVEE, N2TF from Basel, Julian Zigerli, who is just back in Zurich from Berlin and Miriam Schwarz, who after finishing at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and several projects in Antwerp & London now back in Basel.
Kostume 4 will take place during the Zurich Fashion Days in the ‘Yonex Badminton Halle’.”

“Leur collection, placée sous le signe de l'épouvantail, se veut un
prétexte à la création spontanée, support d'expérimentation et de réflexion sur la silhouette humaine suscitant l'émotion. Imposantes et troublantes, leurs idoles futuristes entendent commettre un véritable outrage à la timidité.”
AVÉE is a collaboration between two fashion designers : Juliette Alleaume and Marie Vial, who have both studied in Paris at the Atelier Chardon Savard and ESAA Duperré (Superior School of Applied Art).
After working for Maison Martin Margiela and Christian Lacroix, the two stylists who are in opposition to the dominant uniformity, present their first collection titled ‘Artifact’ emphasizing personal creativity and spontaneity, experimentation and independence. Their fresh and compelling designs gained them critical attention. Their process is based on a game with clothing codes and their willingness to question the aesthetic and the discipline of design.
The duo continues to disrupt the common vision of the body, and their sensibility creates a unique vision of fashion.
